Chakra Colour Breathing Exercise.

Regular practice of this exercise will help you balance your inner energies as you absorb the Chakra's qualities. Internal balance will then reflect as external balance in what you think, feel, say and do:
  1. Sit on a chair or in a cross-legged position on the floor.
  2. Take your awareness to your spine, allow it to be upright, without being ridged, and relax with a few deep breaths.
  3. Begin at the Muladhara Chakra and work up through each Chakra, repeating the following at each centre:
  • Visualize its colour.
  • Breathe in and out deeply seven times.
  • Imagine the colour spreading into your whole body and beyond your body.
  • Relax before visualizing the next colour.
  1. After Sahasrara Chakra, visualize a pure White Ray Colour. It represents purity and encompasses all other colours.
  2. Beathe it in deeply seven times, up and down your spine and through each Chakra.
  3. Visualize yourself surrounded by the White Light, protected by its energy and cancel your thoughts to expand into a deep calm presence for as long as you wish.
